Sophie's Birthday

My favorite niece, Sophie, had her third birthday this weekend. My sister-in-law said that the only thing that mattered about the cake was that it was hot pink! So, hot pink it was! I did a round french vanilla cake covered in HOT PINK buttercream with white marshmallow fondant accents. Happy Birthday, Soapy (as my daughter calls her!!). I love you!
